New Mexico Medical Cannabis Program

In 2007, New Mexico became the 12th state in the United States to adopt a medical cannabis program. The Lynn and Erin Compassionate Use Act was created to allow for the beneficial use of medical cannabis.  As of October 2016 there are 35 licensed medical cannabis producers and over 30,000 patients in the program.

  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Severe Chronic Pain
  • Severe Anorexia/Cachexia
  • Spasmodic Torticollis (Cervical Dystonia)
  • Ulcerative Colitis
